As C-MASTERS training centre we are offering an extensive range of theoretical and practical courses for our clients. Unlike many other sailing schools, we make sure that the size of the groups is always limited to 3 persons. This small group does bring an important advantage to our students, as they get more attention from their instructor, and have more time for hands-on practicing.

Individual Coaching - Private course
The coaching program allows for building the skills that you really need, and is particularly useful for those students that would like to learn these sailing skills on their own boat or aim at becoming a Yachtmaster.
Description of this experience building program
The program starts with understanding your needs and assessing your present skills. This will be done by discussions, and testing some of your skills on the water.
Based on that information we will define, in close cooperation with you, your own individual coaching program. This program will be drafted up including a planning of tailored training courses.
As the coaching is done on an individual basis and possibly on your own boat, the results of the training become visible very quickly. At regular moments during the training course, we will evaluate the progress of your skills and experience, and can adjust it if needed.
Following the last training, we'll set you up for a final assessment to demonstrate your skills on the most important elements of your individual coaching program.
As part of the coaching program, you'll have online access to your instructor for questions and advise.
