Yachting is a great and generally safe activity. But what if something unexpectedly goes wrong.

During your time with us, either on board or ashore, certain risks and dangers are inherent. These include, but are not limited to weather conditions, sea states and other natural phenomena, vessel movement and other ship-related circumstances, accidents or Illness.

By booking your activity, you voluntarily agree to accept all the aforementioned and other reasonably foreseeable risks and those by force majeure.

You agree to hold C-MASTERS harmless from all liability, actions, claims, and demands of any kind, arising from any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience to person or property in connection with your activity or stay with us.
