You have booked an activity with us, but due to circumstances you can't join.

What are your options ?

Option 1 : Rescheduling the date of the activity

Should you wish to alter the date of your original booking we will make every effort to reschedule.

Activities can be rescheduled 14 or more days before the starting date of the activity. A fee of 25% of the total activity cost is applicable for effectuating any alterations in the period between 28 and 14 days before the original starting date of the activity.

Option 2 : Cancelling your booking

You may cancel your booking 28 or more days before the start date of the activity, and request for refund of your already paid monies for this activity, subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total activity cost. Your cancellation must be provided to us in writing.

If C-MASTERS cancels the event for any reason, and we are unable to accommodate you on another date or equivalent activity, our liability will be limited to the return of any monies already paid.

Make sure to contact us as soon as possible in case you need to change your booking. We will do our best to help you.
